Your bank
Report the transaction as unauthorised or fraudulent, ask to block the card or UPI access, and get a complaint number in writing. RBI's customer-protection rules limit your liability for unauthorised electronic transactions when you report quickly (within three working days is the line that matters most), so do not wait.
The bank's 24x7 fraud line printed on your card or in the app, then a branch visit or e-mail for the written record.
