Good to know
- Genuine banks, couriers and government offices never ask for an OTP, UPI PIN, CVV or password, and never ask you to install a screen-sharing app or stay on a call.
- “Digital arrest” is not a real legal process. If someone says you are under it, hang up and call 1930.
- A clean result only means no known scam pattern was found. If money or a code is involved, check through the official app or the number printed on your card.
